Every three minutes a cat or dog is destroyed in North Texas - approximately 200,000 pets per year.

YOU can help stop this! To provide a community-based solution to the pet overpopulation problem, the Animal Rescue League's S.T.O.P. Program (Stop The Overpopulation of Pets) provides financial assistance for spay/neuter surgeries for pets. ARL has refocused its priorities to address this most fundamental of pet rescue issues - stopping the problem before it starts so that fewer animals will suffer.

Coupons must be filled out and approved by ARL before use. When requesting a coupon, please provide your full name and mailing address.

Coupons are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. A limited number of coupons are issued each month.
